If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. The returned products must be unworn, in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. We believe that our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. You must return your purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days of your date of receipt, and return shipping is FREE, no questions. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, just follow our easy 3-step Self-service Return Process below:
1. Please email us at email@example.com to initiate the process, pack your product in the box as your received it and seal it securely with cello-tape;
2. You will receive an email with a shipping label or other paperwork for you to quickly print off and fill to facilitate the return;
3. Drop-off or handover the packed box and paperwork as communicated.
Once our warehouse has received and inspected your return - usually within 72 (seventy two) hours of receipt - your refund will be issued within 7 (seven) business days thereafter. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take up-to 10 (ten) business days for the credit to be reflected in your account.
